The room is great-sized and has a nice bathroom.

It's gorgeous hotel and huge, with attentive staff and easy location to everything we were there for. Excellent service, the breakfast was reasonably priced and they have free parking if needed. Pool area is clean, loved this place. An attached restaurant serves good food. Thank you for a fun stay.

there is no microwive in the room

I had room service twice. The first time they brought the wrong soup but other than that the food and service were very good. The next morning I used room service again and had one of the best Belgian waffles I have ever had. To top it off the fresh strawberries were delicious - tasted like they had just been picked in a Wisconsin strawberry field.

The staff at the front desk was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. I will definitely return for another stay.

My only complaint was the calamari app... It had too much breading.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

The pool area provided a refreshing escape, and we loved relaxing by the riverside.

Everyone was friendly, room was very clean, pillows, towels, bedding were great. and we really enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet including the omlette station.

Hotel staff was freindly and efficient.We arrived early and the staff let us check in anyway. I called the front desk for towels in the pool and they arrived promptly. Room was clean and comfortable. we enjoyed our stay.

great riverside views and easy access to parks

i loved being close to the milwaukee river greenway and having estabrook park just under a kilometer away, made my weekend strolls through the city really enjoyable and relaxing.

It is a good location for proximity to everything I was interested in doing on my trip.

We enjoyed the outside porch outside the bar area. It was a gorgeous view of the Milwaukee River and the flowers, etc. made it very picturesque. The friendliness of the staff was very impressive and enjoyable.

The staff, including Kris at check-in and Deneece at the bar, were professional and attentive, despite the hotel being busy due to an event. The amenities were satisfactory, particularly the fitness center and the vibrant ambiance in the bar area.

Room key issue and heater noise disrupted my stay.

Pool too small to be useful, no hot tub - Doors slam, a great deal of hall way noise in the room - Heating/cooling system incomprehensible (even when supposedly turned off, was blowing frigid air)

Well priced and excellent breakfast with a wide range of outstanding food. Particularly good and perfect location, so close to Sprecher Brewery.

The front desk staff were definitely really good. One of them went out of their way to get me ice when the machines were broken, that's what real service is. Plus, the outdoor patio area by the river was peaceful, a nice spot after a long day.

But lets be real, the price isn't exactly wallet-friendly.
